Full-priced items purchased directly from RTUSAS are returnable within 30 days from the date of purchase, in like-new condition, and in the original packaging with ALL labels and hangtags still attached.

Please contact babyins_pr@163.com if you need to return a product. A return will only be accepted if the customer has contacted RTUSAS prior to sending the item(s) back.

Once we receive the item, we will inspect it and notify the customer that we have received the returned item. We will immediately notify you of the status of your refund after inspecting the item.

If the return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment.

Please Note:

Sale items are not eligible for refunds. Only regular priced items may be refunded.

The product needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.

All original shipping charges are non-refundable.

All return shipping charges and materials are your responsibility, are non-refundable and must include tracking. 

If you refuse the delivery of a package, or a package is sent back to us due to non-collection or incorrect address on the order, you will be charged for return shipping costs and restocking fee. 

We reserve the right to modify this refund policy at any time, so please review it frequently. Changes and clarifications will take effect immediately upon their posting on the website.
